I don't mean to be fishing for reassurance I legit want to know if I'm being a chore to be around so I can stop doing that.

For sure it's me who's the big jerk who makes posts that everyone hates

My therapist tells me that it's a "cognitive distortion" called "mind-reading" and that it's not really fair to others for you to assume they hate you for teensy little clues. Are the people reacting negatively people from real life? Can you describe their reactions?
