What is the easiest way to get soap scum off your shower?

I got real thick layers of soap in my shower and it's annoying and looks bad.

I've been doing the "make a paste with baking soda and give it some elbow grease" method and it works, but I want some kind of harsh chemical that will make it easy and not require so much effort from me.

What harsh toxic chemicals (or gentle non toxic ones, I don't care as long as it works well) can you recommend?

here in new zealand we have a product called tigers paw https://www.wetandforget.co.nz/products/tiger-paw which is ludicrously expensive but it does a very good job. i wonder if you could approximate it using a melamine eraser and a scouring cream cleanser. what sort of surface are you trying to clean? glass/tile/plastic/etc?
